Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to join our growing Civil Division in Rocky Mount, VA. You will coordinate pipeline operations, supervise pipe crew activities, and liaise between workers and supervisors to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety, permits, and regulatory requirements.

You will work with the Superintendent and Project Managers to plan installations, supervise layout, and manage materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 30 hour certification preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with highway/utility construction.
• 3+ years' experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid drivers license and Branch Group Fleet policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises pipe crew layout, installation and assembly.
• Coordinates with Superintendents and Project Managers for plan execution.
• Ensures safety compliance and quality control on site.
• Preplans daily pipe installation activities with the Superintendent.
• Prepares daily/weekly reports and material/equipment records.
• Travel to project sites as needed; supervise <=5 workers.
