Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a dependable Drainage/Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise pipe crews on highway and utility projects. You will work with Superintendents and Project Managers to oversee layout, installation, and assembly, while ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, planning ability, and the capacity to manage materials, equipment, and daily progress reports on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with highway/utility construction.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to lead a crew.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and execute pipe installation and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew and oversee layout, installation and testing of pipe systems.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment/material control on site.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor crew performance and productivity.
