Job summary

Branch's Civil Division is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise pipe crews in the Roanoke area. You will work with Superintendents and Project Managers to plan layouts, installation, and assembly while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You have 5+ years in highway/utility construction and 3+ years supervising crews, with a valid driver's license and OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 10/30 OSHA certification; 30 hour preferred.
• 5+ years of highway/utility construction experience.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver’s license and Branch Fleet policy compliance.
• Strong communication and sound judgment; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew and coordinate layout, installation, and assembly.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA/DOT guidelines are followed.
• Maintain equipment, materials inventory, and project reports.
• Plan daily activities with Superintendent; manage costs and schedules.
• Support quality control and contract compliance on site.
