Job summary

Genesis Endeavors in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Foreman for pipeline construction. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, read pipeline drawings, and ensure welding, coating, ditching, backfilling, and cleanup while enforcing OSHA safety policies.

You will lead safety meetings, monitor progress, coordinate with managers and inspectors, troubleshoot field issues, and maintain daily reports. Valid driver's license and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Several years of pipeline/oilfield construction experience.
• Foreman or lead-hand experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to lead a crew and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline crews, equipment operators, and laborers.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, manpower, and equipment.
• Read and interpret pipeline drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation, welding, coating, ditching, lowering-in, backfilling, and cleanup.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
• Monitor production, quality, and progress to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other crews.
• Troubleshoot field issues and make adjustments to keep the project moving.
• Track materials, equipment, manpower, and daily production.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate job progress to management.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Train and provide direction to crew members.
