Job summary

PCM Pipeline Construction & Maintenance, Inc. seeks a Foreman to direct field crews on pipeline and other construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget completion either personally or through supervision.

You will coordinate with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors; review specifications; prepare progress reports; and adjust plans as required while enforcing safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction crews
• Ability to plan procedures and staffing for construction phases
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors

Responsibilities

• Study specifications to plan procedures and staffing for each phase.
• Assemble supervisory/clerical/engineering teams at project start and direct work.
• Coordinate with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays.
• Resolve complaints and grievances within the workforce with labor representatives.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and material suppliers to resolve problems.
• Inspect progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and schedules.
• Prepare or review reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjust schedules accordingly.
