PCM Pipeline Construction & Maintenance, Inc. seeks a Foreman to direct field crews on pipeline and other construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget completion either personally or through supervision.
You will coordinate with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors; review specifications; prepare progress reports; and adjust plans as required while enforcing safety and regulatory requirements.
Position: Foreman
Reports To: Superintendent
Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of pipeline projects or other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time, and within budget.

Foreman may directly supervise 15-20 employees in the yard and/or remote locations and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include mentoring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and rewarding and disciplining employees.
The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Foreman must be willing to comply with PCM Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations. They must also comply with all governmental regulations.
