Faith Technologies is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter / Welder to join our Alabama fabrication team. The role focuses on fitting, fabricating, and welding piping systems in a controlled shop environment using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, with BIM-derived drawings guiding assembly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, proficiency in TIG/MIG welding, and familiarity with pipe layout, measurement, cutting, beveling, and fit-up.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience fitting, fabricating, and welding piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Experience reading and interpreting piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM-generated fabrication drawings.
• Education: High School or GED. Welding certifications (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG welding, MIG welding, and copper brazing in accordance with shop procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM-generated fabrication drawings.
• Layout, measure, cut, prep, and assemble pipe spools and mechanical assemblies, including precision joint fit-up.
• Operate modern fabrication equipment such as welding machines, pipe positioners, automated saws, and CNC pipe processing equipment.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure all work meets fabrication tolerances and project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
