Faith Technologies in Pittsboro (Indiana) is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter/Welder to join our digital fabrication shop. You will fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, and perform TIG/MIG welding and brazing per procedures.

The role emphasizes modern fabrication technology in a clean, organized shop with consistent schedules and growth opportunities. Work hours are 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday, with 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience fitting, fabricating, and welding piping systems in metal shop environments.
• Experience reading piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM-generated fabrication drawings is required or highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% and to work 6am–6pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding and copper brazing per shop procedures.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM fabrication drawings.
