Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter/Welder to join our North America fabrication team. The role emphasizes TIG/MIG welding, copper brazing, and precision pipe spool fabrication in a controlled shop environment.

You will read piping isometrics and BIM-generated drawings to layout, cut, fit, and assemble piping systems with stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, supporting assembly of mechanical equipment skids and related components. Travel is 0–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in pipe fitting, fabrication and welding with stainless steel, copper and carbon steel.
• Experience reading piping isometrics and BIM/fabrication drawings.
• Welding certifications are a plus (AWS/ASME).
• Familiarity with modern fabrication equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems in shop using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG/MIG welding and copper brazing per shop procedures.
• Read piping isometrics and BIM fabrication drawings to plan work.
• Layout, measure, cut, and assemble pipe spools and assemblies with precision.
• Operate shop equipment including welding machines, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, and CNC cutters.
• Ensure fabrication tolerances and project specs are met; maintain safe, organized work area.
