Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in Indiana (Pittsboro) is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter / Welder to join our fabrication shop. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, modern fabrication technology, and consistent shop work.

You will fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems in stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, perform TIG and MIG welding, read isometrics and BIM fabrication drawings, lay out, cut, bevel, and assemble pipe spools, and operate advanced shop equipment with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; welding certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years experience fitting, fabricating, and welding piping systems.
• Experience reading piping isometrics and BIM-generated fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG welding, MIG welding, and copper brazing per procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM fabrication drawings.
• Layout, measure, cut, prepare, and assemble pipe spools and mechanical assemblies.
• Operate modern shop equipment and maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness.
