Job summary

MasTec, Inc. seeks an experienced supervisor to plan, oversee, and coordinate installation and maintenance activities for pipe-related projects. You will supervise a crew, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily work plans across multiple sites.

The role requires strong blueprint reading and leadership, with a focus on productivity, compliance, and efficient material coordination in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience/knowledge in a pipe supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Take reasonable care of health and safety and of those affected by day-to-day delivery of this role.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Lay out work for crew and preplan daily activities.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials.
• Ensure documentation and reports (Daily Reports, Safety Reports, ESRs, Inspection Reports).
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified and equipment is maintained.
