Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a skilled supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of systems in facilities. You will lead crews, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and travel to on-site locations as needed.

The role requires 4 years related experience with 3 years supervisory experience preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting specifications and reading blueprints.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project regulations.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate craftsmen on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, perform and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of systems.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality, safety and documentation; travel to different jobsites as needed.
• Directly supervise and mentor crew, conduct performance reviews and ESRs.
• Support project superintendent to coordinate activities across projects.
