Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to oversee daily production activities in pipe fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly. You will coordinate staff, verify material readiness, and help maintain schedules while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires 4+ years in related trades, a high school diploma or GED, and travel up to 25%. The position works 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to mentor teams and improve process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.
• Travel 0-25%.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs.
• Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed.
• Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and assist with removing obstacles that impact flow or schedule.
• Promote safe work practices, proper PPE usage, 5S expectations, shop procedures, and right‑first‑time quality while mentoring and coaching production employees.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
