Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Foreman in Opelika, AL to lead daily production activities in pipe fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly. You will coordinate schedules, verify material readiness, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in relevant trades, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to travel 0–25%. You will mentor teams, ensure 5S standards, and support continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.
• Willing to travel 0–25%.
• Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs.
• Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities with technical guidance and hands-on assistance.
• Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and assist with removing obstacles that impact flow or schedule.
• Promote safe work practices, PPE usage, 5S, shop procedures, and right-first-time quality while mentoring employees.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
