Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Pipe Layer to support the Tempe JGMWTP project in Tempe, Arizona. The role involves laying, joining, aligning, wrapping and sealing pipe sections for water, gas main, and sanitary sewer work on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil sites.

Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, performing physical labor as directed by the supervisor, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lays, joins, aligns, wraps, and seals pipe sections for water/gas main and sanitary sewer projects.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by management.
• Perform physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
