Job summary

Brandon J. Broderick is seeking a meticulous PIP Arbitration Legal Assistant to support our arbitration team in New Jersey. The role focuses on processing arbitration awards, hearing details, settlements, medical provider payments, and reimbursement activity, all documented in Litify.

The candidate should be highly organized, dependable, and able to manage time-sensitive tasks across multiple attorneys and matters, ensuring accurate processing of arbitration results and financial activity.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Litify or legal case management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter hearing information into Litify, including Forthright number, DRP, Case Coordinator, hearing date, time, and forum.
• Process arbitration awards received from Forthright.
• Enter awards into Litify for all attorneys.
• Send awards to medical providers for assigned attorneys.
• Enter settlement resolutions for Susan and Tracy the same day they are received.
• Process medical provider checks by mailing, scanning, uploading, and documenting them in Litify within 24 hours.
• Track BJB payments in Litify and update the Finance Department worksheet.
• Enter Forthright reimbursement payments into Litify.
