You will process arbitration awards, hearing details, settlements, and medical provider payments, ensuring accurate documentation in Litify across multiple attorneys and matters.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely processing, and coordination with medical providers and the Finance Department to maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Litify or legal case management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter hearing information into Litify with Forthright data (Forthright number, DRP, Case Coordinator, hearing date/time/forum).
• Process arbitration awards received from Forthright.
• Enter awards into Litify for all attorneys.
• Send awards to medical providers for assigned attorneys.
• Enter settlement resolutions the same day they are received.
• Process medical provider checks by mailing, scanning, uploading, and documenting them in Litify within 24 hours.
• Track BJB payments in Litify and update the Finance Department worksheet.
• Enter Forthright reimbursement payments into Litify.
