Brandon J. Broderick is seeking an experienced PIP Arbitration Paralegal to join our team in New Jersey.

You will manage assigned PIP arbitration matters from preparation through resolution, working with attorneys on arbitration prep, medical documentation, settlements, and case management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in New Jersey PIP or personal injury, with familiarity with the New Jersey PIP Arbitration procedures and Litify or similar case

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in NJ PIP or personal injury.
• Basic legal brief writing experience.
• Knowledge of New Jersey PIP Arbitration procedures.
• Knowledge of NJ PIP Fee Schedule, precertification requirements and post-service appeals is a plus.
• Experience with Litify or similar case management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned PIP arbitration matters from start to resolution.
• Draft basic arbitration briefs, replies and supporting documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Review medical records, bills, EOBs and supporting documentation.
• Assist attorneys with arbitration preparation and case management.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Assist with post-service appeals and other litigation support as needed.
