Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to design and ship production AI-powered agents inside customer environments. You will own multi-turn workflows, integrations to CRMs and EHRs, and instrument everything for measurable outcomes.

You will also support pre-sales with demos and PoCs, influence platform priorities with real field data, and collaborate across Product and Engineering to unblock blockers. A hands-on role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production coding in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Owns systems deployed in production and builds API integrations independently.
• Experience with forward-deployed engineering or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic customer deployments, define success criteria and ROI.
• Build production agent workflows and integrations with customer systems of record.
• Instrument deployments with monitoring, evals, and guardrails for compliance.
• Shape platform roadmap from field findings and document integration patterns for Engineering.
• Support pre-sales activities with live demos, PoCs, and deployment scoping.
