Job summary

Sentra is hiring its first US Classification Data Analyst to join the Solutions Architecture team. You will own data classification for US PoVs, validate results before customer calls, and work with R&D to improve classifiers.

You’ll build and scale the US classification function from the ground up, collaborating with Sales Engineers, TAMs, Support, and Customer Success to ensure accurate results and smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or security company.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for classification requests from US customers and PoVs.
• Own classification on PoV engagements: validate results and join customer calls.
• Tune classification using approved procedures and update runbooks.
• Identify false positives/negatives and explain classification decisions.
