• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• The PINK Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent PINK experience.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the PINK Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining: visual execution within the PINK business, product storytelling and selling behaviors, sales floor and fitting room standards, category-level execution aligned to brand priorities, partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness, identifies risks and opportunities related to customer and brand experience, scope may vary by store size and complexity.
