Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and frequent standing tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, devices, computers).
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and brand execution within the PINK business.
• Deliver product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Perform category-level execution aligned to brand priorities.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• Assist with broader store leadership tasks as store size and complexity require
