In stores with higher complexity, the PINK Manager provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall customer and brand experience within the PINK line of business.
• Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions for the team.
• Provide coaching and direction to Brand Supervisors to ensure execution.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management.
• Manage direct reports, including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Support floorset mapping, product launches, brand education, and shipment processing.
