Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager who leads through values and delivers exceptional customer experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

You report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and will drive visual standards, product storytelling, and talent development while collaborating with store leadership to optimize daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Ability to review business reports and take decisive actions.
• Willingness to coach and develop direct reports.
• Experience selecting and developing staff, creating an enabling environment.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors while safeguarding the customer experience.
• Leverage category insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising and sales floor management.
• Lead talent lifecycle activities with Store Manager oversight.
• Direct reports including Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates.
