Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a PINK Manager who leads the customer and brand experience on the floor with a values-based approach.

You will translate brand direction into daily actions, coach supervisors, and ensure consistent execution of visual standards and selling behaviors. You will partner with Store Manager to drive top-line sales, manage talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring, and lead direct reports in higher volume environments while upholding company policy and payroll

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
