Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead a high-profile store team and elevate the customer and brand experience. You will coach Brand Supervisors, drive top-line sales, and ensure visual standards align with Brand guidance.

The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment. The position requires experience in retail leadership, scheduling flexibility, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self‑awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product storytelling follow brand guidance.
• Lead talent lifecycle and performance management with Store Manager.
• Own store-level reporting, floor standards, and customer experience metrics.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments.
