Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead a high-volume store, driving customer experience and brand standards. You will coach Brand Supervisors, manage interviews, and partner with Store Manager to execute visual and selling priorities.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with focus on delivering compelling product storytelling and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:
• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
