Responsibilities

• Visual execution: translate brand direction into priorities and actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors reflecting brand guidance.
• Category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Talent lifecycle management including interviewing and performance reviews with Store Manager.
• Direct reports: PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead in higher volume or complex stores to drive business direction.
