Frontier Airlines is seeking a Supervisor to lead recruitment initiatives in Helena, USA. The role focuses on planning, executing, and expanding pilot recruitment strategies and long‑term staffing pipelines.

You will coordinate with the Pilot Recruiting Manager, supervise the HR Flight Operations Recruiting team, and travel as needed to support nationwide events and partner relations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or considered with equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum of four years of high‑volume recruiting experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly favored.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing pilot recruitment strategy and long‑term staffing initiatives.
• Work with Senior Pilot Recruiting Manager to ensure consistent pilot recruitment and long‑term pipeline development.
• Co‑create, coordinate, and execute pilot acquisition plans in a competitive talent market.
• Design and conduct nationwide recruiting events, including corporate exchange events and Frontier‑hosted sessions.
• Supervise, coach, and lead the HR Flight Operations Recruiting team in the absence of the supervisor.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Collaborate with HR Flight Ops acquisition team to plan hiring events and manage recruiter resource coverage.
• Develop and implement programs to expand applicant flow, including drift‑through, cadet, and university programs.
