Job summary

Frontier Airlines is looking for a corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and coach teams through staffing challenges.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, a HR degree, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required to support recruiting events and efforts, with a focus on maintaining Frontier’s “Low Fares Done Right” culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; education/experience may substitute
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
• UKG Pro experience a plus
• Prior airline experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Offer full-cycle strategic recruitment and staffing support to hiring managers
• Act as coach and mentor to recruit staff for difficult staffing situations
• Source passive candidates through targeted strategies and improve sourcing
• Oversee hiring process from start to finish and update leaders on progress
• Facilitate job/salary offers and pre-employment compliance processes
• Travel as needed to support recruiting efforts
