Tandem PV, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Process & Quality Engineering Technician to support our pilot manufacturing line, data analysis, and quality control activities.

The role includes instrumentation on the pilot line, data collection, and problem solving to improve process visibility and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will combine hardware and software skills, work independently with engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, lab, or technical environment.
• Hands‑on aptitude for installing, configuring, maintaining, or troubleshooting sensors or instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret technical data and troubleshoot problems.
• Comfort with computers, software, and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Pilot Line Instrumentation & Process Monitoring: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot sensors and monitoring equipment on the pilot manufacturing line.
• Data Analysis & Technical Troubleshooting: Review process data, identify root causes, and develop hypotheses for evaluation, using AI-enabled tools when appropriate.
• Technical Systems & Software Support: Set up and maintain engineering/manufacturing software and systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Quality Control & Incoming Inspection: Support material inspection, document metrics, and assist with procedures and records.
• Metrology & Continuous Improvement: Maintain measurement records and participate in improvements for data accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
