TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading PCB manufacturer seeking a Process Engineering Technician to assist manufacturing, engineering and quality teams. The role involves monitoring processes, performing tests, and preparing engineering reports to drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Candidate should have an associate degree in engineering/chemistry/manufacturing or equivalent experience, plus math skills and chemical handling training. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (or in final stages) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong math skills, especially statistics.
• Technicians will undergo chemical handling training and hazardous waste training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing process runs per procedure and support engineering tests.
• Monitor processes and perform failure analysis for engineering or quality.
• Take measurements for process control and gather data for engineering.
• Rewrite documentation and prepare reports for engineering or quality.
• Respond to process control data and maintain material movement spreadsheets.
• Run tests on production lines and assist with data evaluation.
• Support all manufacturing processes and assist engineers as needed.
• Perform process control activities and follow safety measures for chemicals.
