Job summary

ThermoSafe is seeking a Process Technician to support high‑quality, efficient production and shipment. This role runs machines across multiple production lines and requires the ability to learn quickly and stay attentive; attendance is crucial.

You will monitor operations, report production numbers, perform preventive maintenance, execute tool changes, and support quality checks while following HECP and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations processes, workflow and material flow to meet quality and customer specs.
• Report accurate production numbers and communicate updates as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tests and trial runs as needed.
• Perform tool changes and repairs following HECP and LOTO procedures.
• Conduct quality checks, burst testing, salinity checks and weight checks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for supplies and work orders.
• Maintain organization of tooling in labeled storage locations.
• Meet production goals set by shift supervisor and plant leadership.
• Direct inspectors/packers to optimize labor use and minimize costs.
