CPM Acquisition Corp. is seeking a Pilot Plant Technician I to support operations in a pilot plant environment. Responsibilities include setup, operation, data collection, and maintenance, with strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and production teams and offers shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with differential pay. Base rate ranges with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Mechanical or hands-on background required.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot pilot plant equipment.
• Flexibility to work afternoon or night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist with pilot plant runs, setup, operation, data collection, and maintenance.
• Use HMI systems and radio communication for operations.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to optimize processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and chemical processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on piloting equipment.
• Support safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Help generate customer reports and provide technical support.
