Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical certification in science/engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience with data-driven work and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment and monitor wafer fabrication processes with cross-functional teams.
• Work with engineering to optimize workstations and apply troubleshooting procedures.
• Review process indicators and dashboards to identify abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
• Document and review production data to support yield, quality, and traceability.
• Conduct experiments and data visualizations to identify trends and improvements.
• Participate in shift pass down and ensure production continuity.
