Job summary

Club Pilates Brea is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to greet prospective members, present the Club Pilates experience, and guide them to the best membership fit. You’ll drive memberships, build relationships, and contribute to a welcoming studio culture.

Ideal candidates are energetic, service-oriented, and goal-driven, with experience in fitness or retail sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple outreach tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and note-taking.
• Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system.
• Proficiency with computers and common business software.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals and interests.
• Build relationships with prospects and members that create long-term loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships.
