Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Excellent communication in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process and turning interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication.
• Hit daily goals from bookings to outreach and membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador at local events and online presence.
• Stay organized logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe engaging with members before and after class.
