Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates in Roswell, GA is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. This part-time role offers flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with reporting to the Studio Manager.

You’ll drive sales, build relationships with members, and represent BODYBAR at local events. Ideal candidates are passionate about retail and fitness, fluent in English, and capable of meeting daily membership and studio goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be BODYBAR brand ambassador at local events and grow community presence.
• Keep member bookings and interactions logged and organized.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe before and after class.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Positive, high energy attitude and personality
• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about sales
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Retail and/or fitness sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
