Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and email.
• Passionate about fitness and personable in a team setting.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—from leads to memberships.
• Build relationships with members through proactive communication and support.
• Hit daily goals across bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and grow brand presence.
• Keep bookings and interactions logged and organized.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
