Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by creating safe, effective Pilates programs and delivering private and group sessions. You will assess goals, guide clients through reformer and equipment work, and promote additional training options.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Trainer with current CPR/AED certifications.
• Ability to instruct both private and group Pilates classes.
• Experience in adjusting body alignment on reformer and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe, effective equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting to tailor Pilates training.
• Promotes Pilates programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio and stays current on trends.
