Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by offering education, guidance, and a premium studio experience. You will design programs, lead private and group sessions, and promote Pilates offerings while maintaining a clean, professional training space.

The role emphasizes safety, ongoing certification, and excellent member service as part of Life Time’s holistic fitness environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of personal training experience.
Experience in Pilates program design.
Certified Pilates Trainer.
Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Instruct clients during Pilates sessions on safe equipment use.
Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
Promote and sell Pilates programs and related fitness services.
Complete administrative requirements for client fitness plans.
Maintain Pilates studio cleanliness.
Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
Educate members on health and fitness issues.
Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivation.
