Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by creating safe, effective training plans and delivering private and group sessions. You will monitor progress, guide clients on goals, and promote Pilates programs within a welcoming fitness environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, program documentation, and ongoing certification maintenance to stay current with industry trends. A strong emphasis on safety and member engagement is core to the position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels training.
• CPR and AED certification held.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio and documents client progress.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and educates members on health trends.
