Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to support members by building relationships and delivering education-focused sessions in a welcoming environment.

You will create safe, effective Pilates programming for individuals and groups while promoting overall health and well-being. The role requires certification, Pilates technique knowledge across Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels, and a commitment to high-quality customer service and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of the equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
