Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification required.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service with relationship-based selling focus.
• Reliable mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and enroll new members.
• Conduct studio tours highlighting facilities and services.
• Explain membership options and benefits clearly.
• Enroll new members using established sales techniques.
• Onboard new members and assist with retention activities.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Promote campaigns and offers to leads and existing members.
• Manage leads using company software and daily outreach for conversions.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager for a member-centric experience.
• Provide friendly check-in and address member inquiries professionally.
• Build relationships with members and support their questions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
