Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong emphasis on relationship-based selling and value-building.
• AED/First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members to understand fitness goals and introduce STRONG offerings.
• Conduct studio tours, highlight facilities and services tailored to individual needs.
• Clearly communicate membership options and benefits.
