Job summary

Equinox in New York City is seeking a Pilates Manager to lead the department, cultivate a high-performance culture, and deliver a premium member experience. This role requires goal-oriented leadership, hands-on interaction with members, and the ability to build and mentor a team of instructors.

You will drive financial results, organize events, onboard new hires, and collaborate across clubs to ensure consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Certified on all Pilates apparatus with a 400+ hour teacher training program.
• Ability to drive a business and achieve financial goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing high volume inbound communication

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve monthly and annual department financial goals.
• Lead onboarding and development of Pilates instructors.
• Collaborate with club departments to drive interdepartmental synergy.
• Hire and interview Pilates staff and ensure strong candidate experience.
• Organize events and manage staff scheduling and SOPs
