Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates in Florida is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead studio operations, deliver dynamic BODYBAR classes, and drive an outstanding member experience with energy, expertise, and a service-first mindset.

You’ll recruit and mentor instructors, manage scheduling and programming, grow the studio through partnerships and events, and ensure top-tier class delivery and a vibrant community.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry with 2 years in leadership or management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with Google Workspace and new tech.

Responsibilities

Deliver approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly with energy and consistency.
Lead with a service-first mindset to create standout member experiences.
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support a high-performing instructor team.
Collaborate on studio growth, drive sales, and foster local partnerships.
Own and optimize the class schedule to meet demand and engagement.
Track KPIs and manage equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a welcoming studio culture and community.
