Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager to lead studio programming, elevate instructor performance, and foster a vibrant community. You will drive class experiences, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives to strengthen member engagement and brand presence across BODYBAR studios.

The role requires BODYBAR Instructor Training completion, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-energy, service-focused experiences in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the fitness industry
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Wamiliar with BODYBAR Instructor Training and certifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching at least 10 BODYBAR classes per week
• Lead with a service-first mindset to create standout member experiences
• Build a high-performing instructor team through recruiting, onboarding and mentoring
• Collaborate with leadership to drive studio growth and partnerships
• Own and optimize the class schedule to meet demand and engagement
• Teach a minimum of 10 hours/week and cover for your team
• Track KPIs and use data to improve operations
• Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Lead instructor development and uphold BODYBAR standards
• Coordinate studio events, community engagement and partnerships
• Manage instructor coverage and scheduling changes
• Foster a strong studio culture through member engagement
