BODYBAR Pilates in Plano is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead studio operations, coach instructors, and deliver outstanding member experiences daily. You’ll drive class quality, manage scheduling, and contribute to growth initiatives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You’ll recruit and mentor a high-performing team, cultivate community partnerships, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-tier service, safety, and engagement while upholding BODYBAR’s positive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field, or Pilates certification.
• Minimum 5 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in leadership or management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

• Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching ~15 BODYBAR classes per week.
• Lead with a service-first mindset to create standout member experiences.
• Build and mentor a high-performing instructor team.
• Collaborate on studio growth by driving sales and partnerships.
• Own the class schedule to meet demand and engagement.
• Track KPIs to inform decisions and elevate operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Foster a strong studio culture through member engagement.
