Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC in California seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors and to lead membership growth. You will hire, train, and supervise Sales Associates within the studio and use independent judgment to manage daily operations.

Responsibilities include lead generation, implementing sales processes, managing staff schedules, inventory accuracy, and training. You will collect dues, enforce studio policies, and coordinate events/marketing to sustain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Affinity and passion for fitness.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and drive revenue growth.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Ensure studio retail/products have accurate inventory counts.
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady with revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor or discipline as needed.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues and maintain a clean, organized studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure all forms and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
